Important Update
Need help with Vignette?
To help document support calls and incidents, GTA is now requiring all questions and requests regarding state agency web sites and Vignette to be routed through the the GETS Consolidated Service Desk. This change is effective immediately.
If you have a question or issue with your web site or with the functionality of the content management system, please call 1-877-GTA-3233. Please include a detailed description of your issue and ask that a ticket be opened and sent to Creative.
In addition to calling the Consolidated Service Desk, you may also want to e-mail us at creative@gta.ga.gov to help the Creative team begin work on the issue. Based on the severity of the issue and the workload of existing projects, the Creative Unit will work each ticket to resolution.

Learn about New Features
The GTA Content Services has been adding new features to enhance your website! Some of these new features include:
• Job Content Type (with RSS feed. Can be added to the georgia.gov Jobs page)
• Press Release Content Type (generates an RSS feed for georgia.gov)
• Photo Gallery Content Type, and hosted Photo Galleries.
• Public Meeting Content Type (generates an RSS feed that can be posted on the georgia.gov Public Meetings page)

If you agency is using the new Job Content, Press Release Content, or Public Meeting Content type, you can send a request through the GTA Command Center (commandcenter@gta.ga.gov) to request that your listings be syndicated on the georgia.gov website. In your email, ask that your request be assigned to SD-Creative Services, and be sure to provide your agency name and the URL of your new content.
